New! BadgeON Session Check-In — Walk-Ins, Capacity Tracking, and Export

Manage session check-in the way your event actually runs — including attendees who just show up.

The BadgeON App now supports session check-in with walk-in handling built in. Scan any attendee at the door and the app automatically checks capacity, confirms eligibility, and adds them to the session list in real time. Staff can also see each attendee's reservation type — organizer-added, self-registered, or walk-in — and export the full session attendee list directly to Excel.

For events where session attendance tracking matters — think CEU credits, capacity-controlled rooms, or VIP sessions — this gives your team full visibility and control without leaving the app.

New! Enforce Session Sign-Up at Check-In

Take control of who walks through the door. Organizers can now verify whether an attendee has signed up for a session directly through the Onsite App at check-in — no more manual list exports or guesswork at the door.

Enable Require Session Sign-Up for Check-In on any session, and only attendees who are registered for that session will be permitted to check in. Everyone else gets flagged — cleanly and instantly. The session check-in screen also now shows a pre-populated attendee list, making it even faster to find and confirm attendees on the spot.

Perfect for paid sessions, exclusive workshops, or any high-demand content where access control matters.

Create Custom Sized Badge Labels and Print Multiple Labels Onsite

You can now create custom-sized badge labels in the Badge Designer and print up to 10 labels per attendee with the EventMobi Onsite App.

Custom labels can range from 1 to 12 inches, with a minimum height or width of 2.4 inches. Use them for more than just badges—think meal tickets, swag labels, or luggage tags.

With multi-label printing, one scan prints all assigned labels at check-in.
