Attendees no longer need to input their login credentials for each event they access. An initial login from a device allows attendees to move between any events they've been added to without having to re-enter their login information for each app.

We've enhanced our Per Year subscriptions with the new People Credit License model. 

This upgrade offers you more value with unlimited events and a smarter credit system. Now, you'll use just one credit per attendee, which applies across all events within your subscription period. This change enables you to increase engagement by inviting attendees to multiple events, creating more opportunities for meaningful interactions.

Assign specific registration statuses to different ticket categories. For example, VIP tickets can automatically receive a “Complete” status upon purchase, while standard tickets can be marked as “Pending Approval” for further review before confirmation. 

A new dropdown in each category now shows all of your registration statuses, making it incredibly easy to assign the appropriate status to each category. Attendees who update their category using their modification link, will automatically have their registration status adjusted to reflect this change.

Representatives now have the opportunity to create their onsite team by adding and managing representatives from the Company Portal. A new Add Representative option will be available to include additional representatives within the Company profile of the Event app and/or to send an invitation to the Lead Capture App or Company Portal.

Our Pre-Printed Badge Order service is now available in Canada and Germany, in addition to the United States. Badges can be printed in firm laminated or standard badge sizes in Canada and the United States, and recyclable cardboard in Germany.

Our Badge Designer now offers the option to include a bleed when creating your badge designs. This update allows a safe space that will ensure that the designs you are creating are not cut off during the printing process.

Organizer Access Management makes event management easier by allowing you to assign access and permissions to your team members. Admins and Collaborators have different roles for better delegation and privacy control of the events that you are working on within the organization. Admins can access all features and events, including role management, while Collaborators will be limited to   the events that they have been given access to.

Attendees will now have access to a one click unsubscribe link within any email communications sent from your EventMobi products. This important update ensures compliance with Google's and Yahoo's bulk sender policy and will help to protect your domain's reputation and email deliverability. 

This update will impact the following types of email communications related to your event: 

• Event Emails: Any communications that are sent from the Experience Manager or Event Space (i.e. Self-Edit Emails)
• Attendee Emails: Any communications that are sent based on attendee actions (i.e. sending an appointment request)
